Overview
The project involves the ERP implementation project involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. The role will cover Finance, Tax, Order Management, Pricing, and Distribution. You will be responsible for developing detailed business requirements that will be implemented by our clients system configuration and integration partner. You will also support testing activities and data conversion validation throughout the project. Key is experience with EU markets and awareness of the EU commercial and legal space. This role will work with teams globally to help deliver complex system migration projects.
Where you come in
- Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to fully understand business processes and system functionality related to Finance (Record to Report), HR (Hire to Retire), Procurement/Expense (Procure to Pay), and Supply Chain and Distribution (Order to Cash)
- Facilitate deep dive requirements and analysis sessions between business functions, finance, and IT teams, including the complete mapping of cross-functional processes, data and process flows, and requirements (URS/FRS)
- Coordinate with IT teams in the interpretation and solution design discussions to translate requirements into system design specifications
- Facilitate the development of test cases and user-acceptance test plans to ensure excellent system solutions to meet requirements
- Analyze complex business problems and identify technology-enabled solutions to drive scalability, efficiency, and value realization
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize with standalone or embedded AI Agent
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions aligned to business needs
- Act as the voice of the business, translating requirements into user stories, functional designs, and test scenarios
- Support testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring solutions meet quality, compliance, and business requirements
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other teams to ensure alignment and drive execution in a matrixed environment
- Identify process improvement, automation, and digital enablement opportunities to support enterprise transformation initiatives
- Support development of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI tracking for strategic initiative
- Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure clear communication across business and IT team

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in all aspects of business analysis, IT project methodology, and comprehensive system implementation documentation
- Experience with large, complex ERP systems (or similar enterprise platforms) and how to organize and execute cross-functional projects related to their implementation
- Understanding of FDA requirements for validated systems, including GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, and electronic records/e-signatures compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Six Sigma experience / certification strongly preferred
- Experience with EU markets and awareness of the EU commercial and legal space with focus on tax and legal reporting
