Senior Business Analyst

Birmingham | Hybrid

At Compass UK & Ireland, our Digital & Technology (D&T) team is at the forefront of driving innovation – delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that improve operational performance, elevate user experience, and unlock commercial value across the business.

We’re now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving a large-scale omni-channel digital product. This is a high-impact opportunity to move beyond traditional BA work and influence how a product is defined, built and scaled.

The Role

This is not a typical Business Analyst role.

You’ll own discovery and analysis for an evolving digital product – working closely with senior stakeholders to define problems, bring structure to ambiguity, and ensure every piece of work is grounded in clear business value before it enters delivery.

Partnering closely with the Principal Product Manager, you’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, bridging business needs and technical delivery while helping shape the product as it matures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
