Senior Business Change Analyst
Our client, a leading global (re)insurance business is seeking a Senior Business Change Analyst to join its Risk Selection & Analytics function in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced change professional to play a central role in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives across a highly technical and data-driven part of the business.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, shape solutions and drive change through to delivery.
- Scope and run change initiatives, develop and review change requests, and manage project planning, tracking and risk throughout the lifecycle.
- Conduct business analysis of processes and systems, mapping and documenting target processes, and producing clear, well-structured slide decks and project documentation to communicate strategic change initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across business units.
- A track record of supporting large or complex change programmes, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Experience gained within (re)insurance or wider financial services would be advantageous, and relevant qualifications such as ARe, CPCU or PMP are a plus, though not required.
- Relevant experience along with a genuinely collaborative approach and the confidence to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
