This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in shaping, analysing and delivering complex strategic programmes and projects across the University. The role combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery, applying best practice business analysis techniques to drive innovation, improve services and enhance both staff and student experience.

  • Lead the analysis and definition of business requirements across strategic programmes and projects, ensuring solutions are aligned with organisational priorities
  • Support early-stage project scoping, discovery and prioritisation to shape high-impact initiatives
  • Develop and contribute to business cases, including cost, benefit and risk analysis to support effective decision-making

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to gather insights, build consensus and drive solutions
  • Lead benefits identification, tracking and realisation to ensure value is delivered
  • Contribute to governance activities including risk, issue and dependency management
  • Provide expert advice on business analysis approaches, tools and methodologies to improve delivery outcomes
  • Mentor and support colleagues, helping to build business analysis capability across the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, digital teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful change

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
