Senior Business Change Manager (Reinsurance)
Location: London
Working Pattern: 3 days per week, the rest remote working
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Business Change Manager to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As an employed Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.
The successful candidate will develop, implement and execute appropriate change strategies to support strategic transformational initiatives and programs of work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of change management strategies that support strategic alignment
- Conduct change readiness assessments and adjust strategies and plans to respond
- Develop impact assessments considering people, process, system and financial impacts; develop appropriate strategies to address the impacts
- Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve change methodologies
- Consult with business leaders and other key stakeholders to implement solutions that generate increased adoption and acceptance of change
- Drive ownership of change through influence, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Scoping, planning, and documenting change plans and engaging business leaders to ensure their implementation
- Drive business change at all levels
- Undertake analysis to identify change management issues, their impact, implications and develop action against the change management model
- End to end, large scale, project management of the strategy and roll out of plan.

Required Experience
- Reinsurance experience
- Extensive experience managing planning and change functions, including CMOs.
- Demonstrable ability in managing internal and external stakeholders with conflicting demands and understanding the commercial/financial implications and business impact of alternative People solutions.
- Experience in the use of tools and techniques to facilitate effective change adoption.
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Significant experience supporting multi-year change programs across different countries and cultures with diverse populations to achieve desired results.
