Key Responsibilities
Your focus will include:
- Programme leadership: Shaping and steering change strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and behavioural change.
- Stakeholder alignment: Acting as senior guide, ensuring seamless integration across projects forlifted capability and aligned delivery.
- Methodology application: Implementation of the PROSCI framework to guide successful transformation outcomes.
- Operational transformation: Modernising systems, streamlining processes, and adopting data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency.
- Quality improvement: Standardise approaches and realise measurable business benefits.

What Makes Applicants Successful?
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven senior change experience, ideally inclusive of PROSCI methodology, within large, multi-faceted business transformations (not necessarily in aviation or airports).
- Ability to deliver results from a strategic, holistic perspective while balancing workplace relationships.
- Strong communication skills: Facilitating meaningful engagement with stakeholders while constructively challenging where needed.
