Senior Business Consultant Change Management

We are looking for a Business Change Management Consultant to join us in Sopra Steria’s Aerospace, Defence and Security business. You will support transformation activities across ERP, MES and PLM environments, helping clients embed new processes, drive adoption and deliver operational outcomes. You will get the opportunity to lead key change management activities without direct line management responsibilities, working closely with senior consultants, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. What you'll be doing: Supporting end‑to‑end change management activities – from strategy execution to rollout and adoption tracking. Facilitating workshops, training sessions and communications to engage stakeholders and clarify requirements. dentifying risks, adoption barriers and opportunities for process improvement. Contributing to SOPs, playbooks and change collateral to ensure operational alignment. Helping to track KPIs and benefits realisation to ensure changes deliver measurable outcomes. What you’ll bring: Practical experience supporting change initiatives in ERP, MES or PLM systems. Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop‑floor operations. Confident communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to track adoption, support training activities and contribute to benefits realisation. An analytical mindset, able to structure ambiguous problems and drive actionable outcomes. It would be great if you had: Exposure to Value Stream Mapping or process improvement activities. Understanding of digital thread concepts. Familiarity with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill or 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA. Location: Bristol, Manchester or Chester (3 days a week on site). Security Clearance Level: Must be eligible for SC and DV. Internal Recruiter: Soraya. Salary: £50,000 – £70,000. Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the choice to buy additional days, health cash plan, life assurance, and pension.
