Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with strong strategic and commercial capabilities, able to lead client relationships and deliver high-quality campaigns from planning to execution. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, project management, and creative oversight with a proactive approach to business growth and account profitability. They should be confident working cross-functionally, building trusted client partnerships, and driving projects independently to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to understand and articulate strategic offers, products, frameworks, and sustainable communication strategies to clients. Skilled at writing smaller project and task briefs, ensuring all developed work meets client objectives, and providing clear guidance on strategy, creative, and design development.
- Lead the delivery and execution of campaigns from planning to final execution, ensuring the highest standards of work every time.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure account profitability. Proactively identify opportunities to expand or extend existing client projects and ensure all financial processes are met throughout the project lifecycle (including opening job numbers, raising estimates, and securing client POs).
- Actively foster and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Stay abreast of relevant industry news, market trends, and updates relating to clients and their peers.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships internally, with clients, and with external partners. Skilled at understanding client needs and translating them into clear, concise, and effective proposals and briefs.
- Ability to understand, contribute to, and actively participate in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities. Strong awareness of project and account profitability, with the ability to develop small- to medium-sized scopes of work. Proactive contribution to revenue growth, financial projections, and the timely pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of projects by effectively managing agency processes and enabling the highest standard of work.
- Clear, concise, and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly resolve client and internal project issues with a solution-oriented mindset, proactivity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
