We are currently hiring for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join us in the EURONORTH region.

We invite you to join our closely-knit, motivated, and fantastic Industry Services team of technical and industry experts responsible for the delivery of our product implementations in Enterprise and household-name brands, providing exciting and challenging exposure to leading-edge innovation in a wide range of industries.
Role and Responsibilities
- Working with cross-functional client, partner and DS teams throughout the engagement lifecycle, you’ll play a key part in supporting the teams to ensure there is a focus on releasing tangible client business value through our Value Engagement framework
- Develop and implement business value perspectives for specific industries and clients
- Develop Client Value Models aligning business needs to enablers
- Support RFQ, RFP processes including commercial aspects
- Deliver consulting engagements underpinned by our value engagement consulting and adoption framework
- Organise and execute process development workshops, providing process analysis and developing suitable to-be processes with supporting KVIs / KPIs / OKRs as necessary
- Deliver OCM (Organisational Change Management) consulting activity to advise on adoption strategy and practical OCM activities to deliver adoption support of our software in complex customer delivery ecosystems

Qualifications
- Awareness / knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing processes
- Experienced in OCM (Organisational Change Management) consulting
- Ability to analyse and interpret data regarding customer business challenges, and identify the causes
- Able to develop compelling business change cases and capability roadmaps with supporting evidence-based arguments
- Formulate recommendations and solutions (proposed business processes) with supporting value evidence (KVIs / KPIs /OKRs and business case)
- Align recommendations to the solution capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with support from Technical Pre-sales and Solution Architects
- Assess overall business architecture in regards of feasibility, value and risks
- Formulate business change, migration and deployment options
- Work in complex multi-partner client environments
