About Designit & Wipro
Designit, Wipro's experience, innovation, and design business, works at the intersection of creativity, technology, and strategy to help ambitious organisations grow and transform.
We believe creativity is a business multiplier — and that the best outcomes happen when design, business, and technology come together to solve real problems in meaningful ways.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Business Designer to help shape and deliver transformative work for our ambitious clients based in our London studio.
This is a hands-on, senior role operating across strategy, product and service innovation, and commercial thinking. You'll work closely with client business leaders within cross-disciplinary teams to create innovation opportunities and turn them into viable, desirable, and sustainable businesses.
You will:
- Inform and steer design decisions to ensure the economic viability of solutions and their alignment with the strategic goals of clients — connecting user desirability, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Design the models, and mechanisms that help our clients create, deliver, and capture value through the experiences they offer.
- Build and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities to extend impact and grow the engagement over time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
