Senior Business Developer – Robotics & Voice AI
Voice AI Sales Lead – Mobile Service Robotics
About the Role
Voice AI is reshaping how robots function in the real world. We are building on an unmet need: equipping mobile service robots with voice technology that thrives in unpredictable, messy environments. This is about opening entirely new markets from the ground up.
We’re uniting a top-tier team of commercial and technical talent, blending strategic expertise with the domain knowledge required to succeed in these emerging fields. The pace is fast, the technology is innovative, and your contributions will directly move the business forward.
Your Impact
- Engage senior decision-makers at robotics companies—from startups to mid-sized enterprises to industry giants—accelerating the next generation of physical AI in mobile and service robotics.
- Qualify, prioritise, and close opportunities, leveraging our technical, commercial, and partnership resources to drive higher win rates and faster deal closures.
- Focus on opportunities with the greatest commercial potential, acting as a decisive thought leader in defining how voice for mobile service robots wins in the marketplace.
- Operate as a standalone commercial powerhouse within a small, entrepreneurial team, with an essential grasp of how robotics works and the credibility to contribute at every level.
Why Join the Team?
You’ll be shaping brand new markets and setting the commercial playbook rather than inheriting one. Every interaction carries the autonomy of a startup, paired with the credibility of an established company with the backing but speed of a founder-led mission.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
