Senior Business Development Executive
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Clients and Markets team as a Senior Business Development (BD) Executive based in Birmingham, on a 12-month fixed-term contract (to cover maternity leave).
As a Senior BD Executive, you’ll collaborate closely with our Retail & Leisure sector and Pensions teams. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing activities to support the firm’s client strategy and sector priorities
- Developing and maintaining high-quality marketing collateral
- Proactively enhancing processes and introducing innovative solutions
About You
We are looking for an individual with:
- Experience in law or professional services
- Strong self-motivation, collaboration, and commercial awareness
- A can-do attitude with proven tenacity in building relationships across levels

Key qualities include:
- Ability to operate at a strategic level, aligning with broader objectives
- Strong project management and organisational skills

Preferred (but not required):
- Experience or qualifications in marketing
- Business development or advisory role background
