Randd UK, part of the K3 Advisory Group, are a market leading advisor in the field of R&D Tax credit claims. We are currently expanding our sales function due to an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

The Role

As a Senior Business Development Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and approaching potential new business clients across the UK
  • Discussing their Research & Development projects and expenditure
  • Organising face to face meetings for our Business Development Managers

You will benefit from full training and we will provide you with all the knowledge you need in the R&D Tax Credit scheme to be successful. This role plays a key role in accelerating the growth of the business by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients
  • Working from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system
  • Arranging appointments for our BDM's who have expressed interest
  • Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience

A Bit About You

Experience of working in a specialist R&D firm or other accountancy practice would be beneficial but not essential – We will give you all the training you need to get you up to speed!

We do however look for Candidates that..

  • Thrive working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will enjoy working collaboratively, and will be ambitious and driven to progress a career in sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you have a natural ability for conversation and strong rapport building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail as first-time accuracy is essential.
  • Have a background in lead generation or appointment setting with the desire to progress into a technical sales role within the next 12 months.

  • Up to £40K basic salary (depending on experience), OTE £65k, however our commission structure is uncapped (Top performers can easily achieve £75k+)
