Senior Business Development Manager

Infrastructure | Heat Networks
London | Hybrid

We're partnering with a fast-growing organisation delivering major Heat Network projects that support the UK's transition to a low-carbon future. As investment continues to accelerate, we're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure strategic commercial opportunities across large-scale developments and estates.

This is a consultative, relationship-led role where you'll work with senior stakeholders to develop long-term partnerships that help shape future infrastructure projects.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities across major property portfolios, regeneration schemes and Heat Network projects.
  • Building trusted relationships with developers, asset owners, public sector organisations and strategic partners.
  • Leading negotiations through to commercial agreement.
  • Working closely with engineering, finance, legal and delivery teams to ensure opportunities are commercially viable and technically achievable.
  • Managing a pipeline of high-value, long-term opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
