Senior Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance

Fully Remote | Up to £75,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Pension

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with an established broker network in the bridging or specialist property finance market?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing lender that is expanding its origination team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-funded business with a highly competitive product offering, fast decision-making, and genuine long-term career progression.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for originating new bridging and specialist property finance business, developing broker relationships across the UK, and managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion.

Working within an agile, growth-focused environment, you'll have direct access to senior decision-makers, allowing you to structure deals efficiently and deliver an exceptional service to brokers. With strong institutional funding, in-house property valuations, and streamlined lending processes, you'll be representing a lender that can move quickly and consistently deliver for brokers and their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate new bridging, development, and specialist property finance business.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with brokers across the UK.
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle from enquiry through to completion.
  • Structure funding solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
  • Work closely with underwriting and credit teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

About You

  • Proven experience originating bridging, development, or specialist property finance.
  • An established network of introducers and brokers across the UK.
  • A strong track record of generating and converting new business.
  • Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service and growing a lending portfolio.
