Senior Strategic Development Manager | Leading developer, investor | £200k + OTE
Neos Global search is partnering with one of the leading real estate developers in the UK. As a result of another strong year, the business is now looking to raise the bar within its construction division.
Role Overview
Reporting into board-level, quite simply, we are looking for a high-calibre individual to define and execute the strategic growth agenda. This includes spearheading the winning of new work by identifying development opportunities with housebuilders, housing associations and developers across the UK.

This is a standalone role, which will likely require building out a wider team in the near future.
Key Deliverables
- Lead, define and execute the strategic growth agenda. Identifying new development opportunities, partnerships, and funding relationships across the UK
- Own, build and maintain senior-level relationships with housing associations, developers, and contractors. Ultimately leading to new business origination for the group construction companies.
- Work with internal teams across development, finance, and construction to ensure commercial targets are met and pipeline is converted effectively
- Represent the firm externally at industry events, investor forums, and client meetings
- Report directly to senior leadership on growth KPIs, pipeline performance, and strategic initiatives

The Person
- A demonstrable track record of winning work with housebuilders or housing associations
- Comfortable with a largely on-the-road role with occasional travel to the UK HQ
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and capable of working towards equally ambitious targets
