Senior Business Development Manager
Account Director (Business Development & Growth)
Creative Production Agency | London, SE1 £40,000–£60,000 (doe) + uncapped commission | Hybrid (4 office / 1 WFH)
Eligibility Requirements
Before applying, please ensure you meet these essential criteria:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a creative/production agency or similar
- Extensive network in the Sports industry or another high-value consumer sector (e.g. Luxury, Automotive)
- Proven track record of winning new clients, including:
- Opening doors
- Pitching effectively
- Negotiating contracts
- Evidence to demonstrate your experience through case studies or results
About the Role
Partnering with an award-winning creative production agency entering a significant phase of commercial growth, this high-impact opportunity allows for client-facing autonomy.
There are two specialisms, each mandated to spearhead the agency's next evolution:

- Mission: Identify commercial opportunities and own strategy development

- Sports Account Director
- Focus: Grow the existing Sports & Entertainment division
- Mission: Target premium rights holders, brands, and organisations at a global level
After your first 4–6 months shaping the agency’s direction, you’ll progress to a leadership position and grow a team starting in 2027.
