About the Role
Due to ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development function and drive revenue across all areas of the business.
This role is responsible for shaping and executing the business development strategy, expanding our client base, strengthening relationships with key accounts, and supporting on high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and results-driven, with a proven track record in driving significant business growth.

You’ll bring energy, strategic thinking, and leadership to the table, working closely with the directors and senior team to shape the next chapter of Off Limits' success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust business development strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Pursue growth across key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospects and long-term clients.
- Represent Off Limits at trade shows & industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with BD goals and enhance lead generation.
- Maintain oversight of CRM systems and sales reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members, supporting the wider sales function.
About You
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-led approach.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in securing and growing key accounts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Confident in leading pitches and handling senior stakeholder conversations.
- Excellent IT and admin skills; confident with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual meetings (Teams / Zoom).
- Willingness to travel – a full driving licence is required.

Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a business development, commercial, or sales leadership role.
- Strong background in B2B sales, with an emphasis on strategic partnerships and long-term client development.
- Knowledge of corporate events and team building is a strong advantage but not essential.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
