Revelion Limited · Full-time · Remote (UK, with travel) · £50,000 to £60,000 base + fully uncapped commission (OTE £140,000+)
Sell a genuinely different product in one of the fastest-moving corners of cyber security.
Revelion is an autonomous, AI-driven penetration-testing platform. Through our co-brand Invision Protect (invisionprotect.co.uk), delivered in partnership with the established UK public-sector software company Invision360 (trusted by more than 60 local authorities), we bring continuous penetration testing to councils and public bodies that have never had security testing done properly. Alongside that, we sell the Revelion platform commercially to private-sector, including enterprise and MSP clients.
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to own new business. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for a proven closer who wants uncapped earnings and the chance to help build a market, not just work a patch of it.
WHO WE ARE
Revelion (revelion.ai) is an autonomous AI penetration-testing platform. Invision Protect (invisionprotect.co.uk) is our public-sector co-brand, combining Invision360's public-sector trust with Revelion's technology, and framed around the two things every public body cares about: mitigating risk and improving efficiency. Our sister business CHMS Cyber Sec provides fully sovereign, self-hosted deployments for the strictest data requirements. We are small, fast, and building something with real momentum.
WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING
- Invision Protect (primary) - continuous penetration testing for the UK public sector, delivered in two models: Do With You, where the client's own team runs it, and Done For You, where we manage and run it for them. UK-run and UK-hosted as standard.
- Revelion (secondary) - the autonomous AI penetration-testing platform, sold commercially to private-sector, enterprise and MSP clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the full sales cycle - prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing new business across public sector and commercial.
- Build and manage your own pipeline using our CRM, and take real ownership of your revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers in local authorities and public bodies, and with commercial and MSP buyers.
- Navigate public-sector routes to market, including frameworks, tenders and procurement, working alongside our partner Invision360.
- Represent Invision Protect and Revelion at industry events and in meetings on site with clients.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- You will report to our Co-Founder (CCO/CMO) and work day to day alongside our marketing team and the team at our partner Invision360.
- You will have regular access to our Co-Founder (CTO) for the technical insight that helps you win and close deals.
- This is an objectives-led role. We set clear targets and objectives, then give you the autonomy to use your own skills and experience to deliver them.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B closer with a track record of hitting and beating targets. This is the non-negotiable.
- Ideally, experience selling into the UK public sector (councils and government, via frameworks and tenders) OR in cyber security and technology sales. Both is even better, and we will back a strong closer who can learn the domain fast.
- Familiar with working from a CRM. HubSpot or Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Consultative, credible and comfortable selling to senior stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Self-driven and disciplined in a remote, high-autonomy role - you set the pace.
- Happy to travel across the UK for client meetings and events, with the potential for international travel as the role develops.
- UK-based with the right to work in the UK. This role cannot be performed from outside the UK.

- Full-time and permanent, remote within the UK.
- UK-wide travel to clients and events, with the potential to travel internationally as the role and the business grow (typically from around 6 to 16 months in).

- A genuinely differentiated product in a category buyers are actively trying to solve.
- Business expenses covered, including a travel and client-entertainment allowance, plus a workplace pension and holiday entitlement in line with UK requirements.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply through LinkedIn with your CV. Two things we would like you to be ready to talk about - have them to hand:
- Your sales track record - your most relevant closes, deal sizes and the markets you sold into (public sector, cyber or technology especially).
- Why this role - what draws you to a high-autonomy, uncapped new-business role selling AI-driven security.
If you are shortlisted, the next stage is a conversation where we will talk through your track record, how you run a sales cycle, and how you would approach these two markets.
We are building the team that will take Invision Protect and Revelion to market. If you are a closer who wants ownership, uncapped earnings and a product worth selling, we want to hear from you.
