About the Role
Our client is a privately owned, mission-driven SaaS business, already trusted by 120+ public sector organisations to serve 25 million+ people across the UK. They're established enough to offer real stability, yet scaling fast with genuine runway ahead.
As such, they're seeking a seasoned enterprise sales professional who's tired of being a cog in a large machine and wants genuine impact - both commercially and socially.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales cycle-end to-end - prospecting, working with the marketing team, discovery, demo, proposal/tender, negotiation, close
- Selling into senior stakeholders and D/C-suite across complex enterprise accounts
- Navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence and commercial intelligence
- Delivering compelling presentations that connect platform capability to real business transformation
- Building and managing your own pipeline - this role rewards hunters

What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B 'enterprise software' sales track record - ideal deal sizes in the £100k - £500k range
- Consistent, demonstrable performance over a sustained period
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, that take 6-9 months
- Intellectually curious and technologically literate - comfortable with platforms, integrations, and workflow transformation
- Naturally consultative - you ask better questions than you give answers
- Equally credible with technical buyers and board-level stakeholders
- Tenacious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by meaningful career progression and earnings

- £60,000 - £75,000 base
- £120,000 -140,000 OTE uncapped
