We're partnering with an established and rapidly growing technical solutions provider that's investing heavily in its commercial team. They're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across the UK, developing major accounts while identifying new opportunities within a specialist engineering and compliance-led market.
Whilst experience within fire suppression would be advantageous, we're equally keen to hear from high-performing sales professionals from sectors such as:
- Fire & Life Safety
- Electronic Security
- HVAC
- Building Services
- M&E
- Facilities Management
- Industrial Automation

The Opportunity:
This isn't a "hit the phones" sales role. It's about building long-term partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing strategic relationships with Facilities Management providers, OEMs, and major national accounts.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across service, maintenance, and engineered solutions.
- Managing the complete sales process from initial engagement through to negotiation and contract award.
- Growing existing accounts whilst opening new markets.
- Working closely with senior leadership to influence commercial strategy.
- Representing a respected brand within a specialist, high-growth sector.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has a proven track record in technical B2B sales.
- Understands specification-led or solution-based selling.
- Has experience winning business with FM companies, contractors, consultants, or industrial customers.
- Is commercially astute and confident negotiating six-figure opportunities.
- Builds relationships naturally and enjoys opening doors.
- Wants the autonomy to genuinely influence business growth.

Location:
National field-based role with UK travel. A central UK location is preferred to provide good national coverage.
