Senior Business Development Manager – Hospitality Technology (PMS)
About the Company We’re working with a global leader in hospitality technology, delivering enterprise-grade solutions to hotel groups worldwide. Their platform sits at the heart of hotel operations, helping clients drive revenue, streamline processes, and enhance the guest experience. Following continued growth across EMEA, they are now looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Executive to expand their presence within the hotel sector.
The Role This is a new business-focused sales role, targeting mid-market to enterprise hotel groups (typically 150+ rooms, multi-property portfolios). You’ll be responsible for: Driving new logo acquisition across the UK and wider EMEA region Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close Building relationships with C-level stakeholders (GM, CFO, CTO, VP Revenue, etc.) Positioning a market-leading PMS and hospitality platform Working closely with pre-sales, product and delivery teams Developing and executing a strategic territory plan

What We’re Looking For We’re open to a range of profiles, but you’ll likely have: Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales Ideally exposure to hospitality technology (PMS, CRS, booking engines, channel management, revenue systems, etc.) A track record in new business development Strong consultative selling skills Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders A proactive, driven and commercial mindset
