  • Act as the primary point of contact and commercial lead for priority clients, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a global strategy to drive market share growth within the payroll segment.
  • Support the build-out of scalable, end-to-end sales and delivery infrastructure to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Drive revenue growth by delivering high-quality, tailored product pitches and value propositions to prospective clients and partners.
  • Identify new market segments, partnership opportunities, and routes to market within the assigned vertical.
  • Support, mentor, and guide junior sales/BDM colleagues, contributing to overall team performance and capability development.
  • Maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities across both short and long sales cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Treasury, Product, and IT to support deal execution and client outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve commercial, operational, and technical issues impacting client delivery or partnership success.
  • Educate internal stakeholders and clients on TransferMate’s product suite, APIs, regulatory landscape, and competitive positioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
