Enterprise Business Development Manager
📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 2 Days per Week in Office) 💰 Salary: £85,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Double OTE 📄 Type: Permanent | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to join a leading technology services organisation focused on delivering Microsoft cloud, security, and identity solutions to some of the UK’s largest enterprises. This is a pure new business role targeting organisations with 5,000+ employees, helping customers modernise their workplace, strengthen identity security, and accelerate digital transformation through the Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise Microsoft solutions, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business opportunities within enterprise organisations with 5,000+ users
- Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure, and Digital Workplace leaders
- Lead consultative sales engagements focused on Microsoft 365 and Identity & Access Management solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and grow large enterprise accounts
- Work closely with presales, technical consultants, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions and proposals
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to contract signature
- Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline, forecasting against revenue and gross profit targets
- Position the value of identity-led security, modern workplace transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience selling enterprise Microsoft solutions into organisations with 5,000+ employees
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing, modern workplace solutions, and cloud adoption strategies
- Experience positioning and selling Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management solutions
- Understanding of concepts such as:
- Conditional Access
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Identity Governance
- Privileged Access
- Zero Trust frameworks
- Demonstrable success winning new business and exceeding enterprise sales targets
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex procurement processes
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing opportunities ranging from £50,000 to multi-million-pound engagements
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating in a high-performance sales environment
