Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Fully remote, once a month in Doncaster
Type: Full-time
Salary: up to £73k + up to 20% bonus + 11% pension
Experience in the commercial lending sector is a prerequisite for this position.
Our client is an established commercial finance business that offers a flexible working-capital solution. They have extensive experience within their market and service a broad range of industries and clients. They have recently developed a central system to not only to give extra functionality to their clients, but to support the next phase of their business growth.

This role will suit a business development manager who enjoys lots of autonomy and a large geographical sales region to attack. Ideally you will have a network of existing brokers and introducers within the debt finance space.
The Core Duties Will Include
Identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with introducers and key decision-makers within the market. Working collaboratively with an experienced back-office team for new client acquisitions Managing key clients and driving their growth Planning sales drives, initiatives, and activities supported by the senior management team (SMT) Reporting sales activity and progress to the SMT Attending events and business conferences to develop new sales pipelines

Required Skill Set
Previous sales experience within commercial finance, whether factoring, invoice discounting, asset finance or commercial banking Seasoned sales experience with a proactive attitude Strong knowledge of CRM systems Excellent written and oral communication skills
