Job Title: Business Development Manager – Mid Market
Location: London, UK
The Opportunity
A globally recognised maritime technology platform is investing in its mid-market growth engine. With increasing regulatory pressure, ESG scrutiny, and demand for data-led decision making, this hire sits at the centre of a commercial push to expand adoption across small to mid-sized fleet operators and regional charterers. This is a revenue-critical role focused on winning new logos and accelerating subscription growth in a market undergoing structural change.
The Impact You Will Have
- Own and deliver new business revenue across a defined maritime segment
- Win and convert mid-market operators into long-term subscription clients
- Drive cross-sell of inspections, ESG tools, and risk intelligence services
- Shape regional market insight into product and commercial strategy
- Build a high-quality pipeline through targeted, insight-led outreach

What Success Looks Like
- Proven ability to consistently exceed B2B sales targets in complex environments
- Strong commercial judgement and a structured approach to winning new business
- Credibility engaging senior stakeholders and navigating multi-layered deals
- High level of ownership, pace, and accountability for revenue delivery
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
