About the Company

Our client is a rapidly growing UK business operating within the electric vehicle charging and infrastructure sector. They design, install, and operate innovative charging solutions for commercial, workplace and destination environments, enabling organisations to transition to cleaner, smarter transport.

Following significant success in one region of the UK, the business is now expanding into England. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of this expansion, playing a key role in driving growth, securing new business, and establishing a strong market presence.

The company fosters a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where top performers are empowered to make decisions, take ownership, and directly shape the business’s future. If you’re motivated by growth, autonomy, and building something from the ground up, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

The Opportunity

This role is for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of the company’s presence across England.

You will:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signature.
  • Work with commercial property owners, fleet operators, businesses, and strategic partners to promote innovative EV charging solutions that simplify the transition to electric vehicles.

This role is ideal for those with an entrepreneurial mindset, a love for building relationships, creating opportunities, and contributing to a business that’s undergoing rapid growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
