Senior Business Development Manager
ESCP Business School
ESCP Business School is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to support the growth of its Executive Education offer to companies and individuals. This role focuses on developing relationships with corporate clients and becoming a preferred partner in the development and delivery of their learning and development solutions. More generally, this role is an important driver of the integration of ESCP in the UK business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure corporate partners across a range of industries.
- Collaborate closely with the Open Programmes and Custom Programmes teams to position ESCP as the best provider of learning and development solutions for companies.
- Promote ESCP’s Executive Education offerings, emphasising business value, return on investment (ROI), and bespoke solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, leveraging networking and relationship management to drive repeat business.
- Work proactively to expand ESCP’s presence in the UK business landscape, fostering partnerships with industry leaders, multinationals, and entrepreneurial organisations.

Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships, ideally within the executive education, higher education, or L&D sectors.
- Leadership and Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to build pipelines, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently achieve ambitious targets.
- Industry Familiarity: Preference for candidates with knowledge of financial services, professional services, technology, or consumer industries.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Experience in negotiating agreements and managing contractual relationships with clients.
- Technological Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.

** Qualifications and Soft Skills**
- Degree in a related field (business, education, marketing, or similar).
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French or another EU language would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with strong time management and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
