Senior Business Development Manager / Business Development Manager
A rare opportunity has arisen to join an elite US law firm with a rapidly growing presence in London. Working alongside highly regarded partners within a market-leading transactional practice, this role offers outstanding exposure, influence and long-term career progression in a prestigious law firm.
This is a highly visible position where you will be a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, helping to shape business development strategy, strengthen key client relationships and drive growth across a flagship practice.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Partnering closely with leading partners on strategic business development initiatives.
- Leading the preparation of high-profile pitches, proposals and client development opportunities.
- Developing and executing targeted growth and client acquisition strategies.
- Driving market profile through directories, awards, thought leadership and key industry initiatives.
- Conducting market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the UK, US and wider international network.

About You
You may already be operating at Senior Business Development Manager level and looking for a platform that offers greater quality, visibility and progression.
Alternatively, you could be an experienced Business Development Manager ready to step into a broader, more strategic role with increased responsibility and direct exposure to senior partners.

Ideally, You Will Bring
- Strong business development experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
- Strong pitch, proposal and client development experience.
- Outstanding communication and project management abilities.
- The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders credibly.
