Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, growth, and execution of Lutron’s Luxury Dealer business across international 100V and 230V markets, ensuring alignment with global Luxury Business Unit objectives.
  • Define market priorities and translate them into actionable annual and multi-year business plans that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Develop and scale the international luxury dealer model, including partner segmentation, recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing productivity improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across sales, marketing, product/portfolio, service, training, operations, and finance within a matrixed global organization.
  • Shape international go-to-market strategies that reflect differences in market maturity, voltage environments, installation norms, dealer structures, and customer expectations.
  • Represent international luxury dealer needs into product, portfolio, and launch planning to ensure readiness, relevance, and growth across priority regions.
  • Establish operating rhythm, performance metrics, and business visibility to track growth, channel health, execution effectiveness, and emerging risks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
