Senior Business Development Manager - Mobile

Account Executive – Sky Business (Enterprise & Mid Market)


The Role: Field-Based Business Development

This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel around the UK, including regular visits to Sky Offices, including our head office in Isleworth.

You’ll work to deliver a range of communication solutions, leveraging our comprehensive UK-wide network, extensive partner ecosystem, and our parent company, Comcast Business, to meet customer needs today and in the future.

** Ideal if you’re a self-starter, passionate, and have a proven ability to establish and drive new business opportunities across mid-market to large organisations.


What You’ll Do

  • Win new business for Sky Business across mid-sized to large organisations, leveraging our growing portfolio of communication services.
  • Drive targeted sales campaigns at sector, vertical, and customer levels, collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline, ensuring disciplined conversion to exceed sales targets and extend profitability.
  • Foreground commercial strategy, identifying opportunities to drive profitability and accelerate business growth.
  • Streamline onboarding of new business, ensuring a seamless professional handover to the wider organisation.
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams, ensuring accurate Salesforce pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Proven experience selling connectivity and mobile solutions as part of a B2B telecommunications portfolio.
  • Track record of winning and growing enterprise-level contracts, with confidence in navigating longer sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to prospect, present, and close opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, with commercial acumen and the ability to optimise revenue-generating KPIs.
  • Experience in a complex, customer-focused organisation, capable of operating efficiently across matrix teams and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
