You'll be responsible for driving new business for Study International - our established global student recruitment platform, trusted by universities for over 15 years. Study International connects higher education institutions with prospective international students through trusted editorial content, targeted digital campaigns and course advertising, helping universities increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and recruit students from around the world.

Supported by a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll focus on building relationships, leading consultative sales conversations and closing high-value partnerships with universities.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Build relationships with universities and senior decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' international recruitment goals and recommend tailored advertising and lead generation solutions across the Study International platform.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Partner with your SDR to maximise qualified opportunities.
  • Manage your pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
