A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior BD Manager to join its dynamic and fast-growing Business Development & Marketing function. You’ll become part of a 17-strong team that has seen significant investment in recent years - more than doubling in size and creating clear pathways for progression and cross-team development.

This role sits within the Private Client & Tax practice, a newly unified group supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and entrepreneurs across wealth structuring, family law, private wealth disputes, tax, and immigration. The practice also includes a non-legal family office service, offering a unique platform for BD innovation and differentiation.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape a newly combined offering, elevate its market presence, and drive client-focused initiatives with genuine autonomy and influence.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
