🚀 Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise Payments
📍 UK / Hybrid
💰 £130k plus uncapped commission, double OTE + Benefits
A rapidly growing global payments business is looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to support the next phase of international growth across enterprise payments and strategic partnerships.
This is a high-impact role focused on developing and securing new enterprise opportunities across complex payment solutions, working with large organisations, digital platforms, and international businesses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, building senior stakeholder relationships, and driving new revenue opportunities across acquiring, issuing, and B2B payment solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing new enterprise partnerships
- Managing complex negotiations with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Driving go-to-market and growth strategies across enterprise payment solutions
- Working closely with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Managing pipeline activity, forecasting, and revenue growth tracking
- Supporting expansion into new verticals and emerging markets

To be considered, you should have:
- Strong enterprise sales or business development experience within payments, fintech, or banking
- A proven track record of winning and growing large strategic accounts
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A consultative and strategic sales approach
