Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing premium real estate opportunities across major UK markets.
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial market mapping and pitching to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborating with internal investment and asset management teams to align client requirements with corporate capabilities.
- Continuously analyzing market trends to anticipate shifting developer and investor demands.

- Proven longevity and success within commercial real estate business development.
- A sophisticated network of contacts spanning institutional investors, developers, and property consultants.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a precise understanding of complex property transactions.
