About the Role:

Senior Business Development Manager

  • Remote based
  • £45,000 - £65,000+ basic
  • Strong uncapped bonus package 30+%
  • £7,200 car allowance
  • Healthcare

You would be joining a growing company and team, boasting well-established roots across the telematics & software space. This role will have a large focus on the dealer and OEM space, with a customer base at all commercial levels, from SME to large corporate, you will be supporting the team to the top.

The role will include:

  • Winning dealer franchise relations across the UK.
  • Supporting and maximising the revenue achieved through the team.
  • Providing strategic insight into best practices ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything they do.
  • Building on an already fantastic culture where everyone enjoys what they do.
  • Most importantly having fun and getting stuck in with the team!

About You:

Someone rooted from a strong B2B automotive Dealer and OEM software or solutions background would thrive in this role. Most importantly, you will be a proven salesperson with the ability to develop and grow your own portfolio.

You will:

  • Have strong people skills and be able to communicate with a team in a variety of different roles.
  • Be passionate about driving dealer performance across the UK.
  • Be constantly focused on improving the operational and sales efficiency of the team.
  • Have great family values that match with the company and aren’t afraid to go the extra mile.
