Senior Business Development Manager | Leading MSP | UK | Full Time

About the Company We're working with one of the UK's leading Managed Service Providers — a business with over 20 years of success, award-winning customer service and a strong reputation for technical excellence. They help organisations across the public and private sectors modernise, secure and transform their IT environments through managed services, cyber security, cloud, hardware and professional services. They're growing their commercial team and looking for an ambitious Senior BDM to join them.

The Role This is a consultative sales role focused on developing and growing relationships within an existing customer portfolio, whilst identifying new opportunities across a broad solutions and services portfolio. You'll work closely with technical, project and service delivery teams to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes — generating recurring revenue and GP growth whilst maintaining strong customer satisfaction and retention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
