About the Opportunity
UNiDAYS is building the next generation of its business around Identity and Verification. As a Senior Business Development Representative (SaaS & Partnerships), you will drive the commercial growth of these solutions by winning new partners and increasing usage among existing ones.
You are joining at a critical inflexion point as verification becomes a primary growth engine for the company, expanding beyond retail into Social Media, Subscriptions, Technology, Fashion, and Beauty. This is a quota-carrying, strategic sales role with a clear mission: acquire and grow global partners onto UNiDAYS’ verification platform at scale. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, representing UNiDAYS to global and emerging brands and helping them engage Gen Z audiences.
Job Requirements
- Commercial Background: 4–5 years’ experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or a related commercial environment, with a proven track record of solution-focused selling.
- Partner & Business Development Expertise: Proven ability to grow a partner base, manage strategic relationships, and navigate negotiations.
- Industry Fluency: Deep understanding of the digital advertising and e-commerce ecosystem, affiliate networks, ad serving technologies, retail/in-store experience, and Gen Z trends.
- Solution-Led Mindset: Skilled at identifying customer pain points and crafting compelling proposals aligned with strategic objectives and ROI.
- Relationship Builder: Experienced in establishing credibility with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level decision-makers.
- Tech-Savvy & Data-Literate: Confident using CRMs and data dashboards to manage a pipeline and prioritize opportunities effectively.
- Energetic & Resilient: Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambitious targets.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition: Own and grow a pipeline of high-potential brand prospects across the verification vertical, converting them into long-term strategic partners.
- Deliver revenue growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (measured by SQLs generated and sourced revenue) through solution-led, consultative selling.
- Own the outreach: Drive outbound prospecting, craft and deliver pitches, develop proposals, and transition opportunities to senior team members for negotiation and onboarding when appropriate.
- Leverage a premium tech stack: Use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our sales engagement tools to drive pipeline efficiency, track performance metrics, and improve conversion ratios.
- Build strong partner relationships: Establish trust with senior stakeholders (Brand, Performance, Growth, eCommerce, and Media teams) to communicate the value of UNiDAYS’ Gen Z reach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with category leads, marketing, product, and insights teams to tailor partner strategies and accelerate deal velocity.
- Champion market insights: Feed structured feedback into product and commercial teams to influence strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Represent UNiDAYS externally: Attend key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build awareness and elevate our profile.
