What You Will Do
Provide finance expertise, leadership, and business support to the Fire and Security Finance leaser in EMEA and management team. Provide financial analysis and commentaries on monthly P&L, balance sheet, and other relevant business KPIs, with comparisons to forecast and budgets. Examples include:
- Cost centre and operational analytics
- Variance analysis
- Management reporting
- Corporate / segment support activities
Coordinate and prepare the annual budget submission and monthly forecasts with input from local management and functional business groups. Be the business interface with the Regional Business Centre (RBC). Lead and coordinate the monthly financial close, supporting the RBC. Preparation and submission of capital expenditure investments and post-acquisition reviews. Support and lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects including the validation of supporting financial business cases.
What We Look For
- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment and using standard costing methodology.
- Experience of manufacturing ERP systems.
- Strong background in commercial finance, budgets, and forecasting activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues and to build strong working relationships with management, and the RBC Finance teams.
- Excellent Team player with personal initiative and drive.
- Good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize work and meet operational and financial deadlines.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
