Location: Croydon Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, hybrid
About the Role
We're looking for a confident, outspoken, and commercially minded Buyer or Senior Buyer to join a growing procurement team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced purchasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong supplier relationships, and operates strategically to secure the best value from diverse suppliers.
The role offers progression opportunities to lead strategic sourcing initiatives. Ideally, candidates should have grey market experience in selling physical products.

Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Negotiate agreements and terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, maximise credit terms, and ensure commercial viability and business optimisation.
- Collaborate with the wide Purchasing Team, as well as the Logistics Team, to manage incoming stock efficiently.
- Work with the sales team to gather updates on market selling prices and help maximise revenue from our stocks.
- Provide information on incoming stock to operations and commercial teams to promote pre-selling opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for replenishment of high-selling product lines.

Requirements
- Grey market experience (desirable).
- At least 3 years of buying experience.
- Experience selling physical products (essential / mandatory).
- Must be outspoken and confident.
