Senior Buyer

Who We Are

Winedrops is the world's fastest-growing wine club. Our mission is to make great wine more affordable and easier to discover.

We have 50,000 members across the UK and US. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team, managing a large buying budget across multiple geographies with huge amounts of freedom and responsibility.

What You’ll Do

You’ll sit within our buying team, reporting to our Head of Buying, and own the hands-on work of securing great wines at great terms. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building new producer and supplier relationships
  • Hunting for exciting yet commercially sharp wines in the market
  • Negotiating hard on price, terms, and exclusivity
  • Growing our own-label and exclusive range—the strategic centre of our business
  • Sourcing flagship brands, sought-after appellations, and highly rated wines that members want to buy
  • Owning commercial outcomes of the wines you bring in, including margin, spend, sell-through, and stock health

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
