About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Developer to join our dynamic team at Triad Group Plc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative software solutions that serve the public, private, and third sectors. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using.Net Core and associated web frameworks such as React, Blazer, or Angular.

The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping the technological landscape of the projects you work on, ensuring that solutions are efficient, secure, and aligned with client needs. The position provides a platform for you to contribute to meaningful projects that have a tangible impact on society and the environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess relevant academic qualifications and extensive practical experience in software development. A degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, software engineering, or related fields is desirable. Candidates should have at least 8 years of proven experience as a C# Developer or in a similar software development role, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Proficiency in C# programming language and the.NET framework, including.Net Core, is essential. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework are required. Additionally, familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and version control systems (preferably Git) is highly desirable.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are critical for success in this role.

Furthermore, due to security requirements, candidates must be eligible for SC clearance, which involves having resided in the UK for a minimum of five years and possessing the right to work in the UK.

  • Troubleshoot and debug software applications to identify issues, resolve bugs, and optimize performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and software engineering to continually enhance technical skills.
  • Document code, technical specifications, and system architectures to facilitate maintenance and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
