About The Role
Triad Group Plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Developer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across various sectors, including public, private, and third sectors. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications utilizing.Net Core and associated web frameworks such as React, Blazer, and Angular. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes autonomy, creativity, and technical excellence, providing a platform for you to shape digital solutions that have a meaningful impact on society.
This position offers flexibility in working arrangements, including remote work, working at client locations, or from Triad’s offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes. The role provides a competitive salary of up to £65,000 along with comprehensive benefits, fostering a supportive environment where professional growth and development are prioritized.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a C# Developer or in a similar software development role is essential. Proficiency in C# programming language and the.NET framework, including.Net Core, is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and experience working with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, along with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are crucial. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as version control systems like Git, will be advantageous. Candidates must also be eligible for security clearance, including SC clearance, which requires residency in the UK for at least five years and the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust C# applications and components that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and fellow developers, to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge with team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug software applications to identify issues, resolve bugs, and optimize performance for end-users.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web development and software engineering, integrating new techniques into projects as appropriate.
- Document code, technical specifications, and system configurations to facilitate maintenance and future development efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and team practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
