What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial experience with Modern C++ (C++17/20 or later)
- Excellent understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another highly technical discipline
- Strong problem-solving ability and a genuine passion for software engineering
- Someone who enjoys understanding why something works, not just how to build it
Nice to Have
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
- Experience building complex desktop, systems, or performance-critical software
- Open-source contributions, technical publications, or competitive programming experience
- Experience working within highly technical software engineering teams
