Are you a skilled CAD/Revit Technician looking to work on a diverse range of exciting projects that make a real impact? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing MEP engineering team in Winchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team delivering innovative building services designs across a broad portfolio of projects. From cutting-edge healthcare facilities and educational campuses to residential developments, defence infrastructure, and commercial schemes, you'll play a key role in bringing complex projects to life.
Working alongside experienced engineers and designers, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, contribute to high-quality project delivery, and help shape the built environment through intelligent, coordinated design.
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing and developing accurate 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit MEP models, including general arrangements, sections, detailed drawings, and schedules.
- Working closely with MEP engineers and the wider design team to create coordinated, high-quality design solutions.
- Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants to ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary projects.
- Applying sound technical knowledge and attention to detail to produce clear, accurate, and compliant drawings and models.
- Taking ownership of the quality of your work by carrying out thorough self-checks and reviewing drawings where required.
- Following established document management procedures and quality assurance processes to maintain consistency across projects.
- Delivering work to agreed project programmes, deadlines, and budgets.
- Supporting and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices, helping to develop their technical and Revit capabilities.
- Contributing ideas to improve workflows, standards, and the use of BIM and digital design technologies across the team.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a CAD/Revit Technician within an MEP or Building Services consultancy environment.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Experience delivering UK building services projects across both new-build and refurbishment sectors.
- A good understanding of multidisciplinary MEP coordination and BIM workflows.
- The ability to manage your workload effectively, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work alongside internal teams and external consultants.
- An understanding of current BIM standards and a willingness to contribute to best practice and continuous improvement.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality design work.
