Join the GTM Revolution at SalesCaptain — Where B2B Growth Happens
Since our beginnings in 2021, SalesCaptain has grown into a global force, working with fast-growing B2B brands, YC & Techstars startups, and Series B&C companies, helping them go to market using a predictable process.
We are currently looking for a results-driven Senior Campaign Manager to manage the outbound strategy, and communications with our international clients. This is a full-time, remote position (working EU hours).
Requirements
What you'll do ✨
- Manage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients
- Perform in-depth audience research, industry research, and competitor analysis to understand each client's USPs, the market needs, and identify the right positioning for the client
- Define the targeting & ICP criteria for every campaign based on in-depth audience research
- Create messaging for the Outbound campaigns using a combination of your own copy & AI and in-depth audience research
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity
- Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies
- Communicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results, and manage retention and upselling

Who you are ❤️🔥
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email sequencers
- Proven ability to write high-converting cold email and LinkedIn sequences. Come with proof of your work
- Being well-versed in prompt engineering and AI platforms when it comes to creating messaging flows for every campaign
- Experience in the Tech, SaaS, software industry, or in a high-growth start-up
- Willingness to experiment with new AI Sales tools every month to improve campaign performance
- Being structured and organized, with strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
