Senior Care and Support Assistant
Senior Care & Support Assistant
Location: Marjorie House, Crichel Mount Road, Poole, BH14 8LT
Pay: £13.80 per hour
Hours: 36.75 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 07:45 - 20:00 (with alternate weekend shifts)
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership for Care Assistants
- Deliver personalised, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Serve as a point of escalation for concerns or incidents
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Prior care experience (including care planning and medication administration)
- Qualification: Able to obtain or already hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Visa Sponsorship: Unfortunately, cannot be provided
