Responsibilities
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll have a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent care and support to residents (physical, emotional, and spiritual needs)
- Supervising and motivating Care Assistants while contributing effectively to the team
- Assisting residents with all aspects of their daily care
- Supporting family members with guidance and encouragement
- Working alongside trained Nurses and Unit Managers to develop staff members
- Engaging in daily activities and providing companionship to residents
- Maintaining strong communication and building effective working relationships
- Reporting on resident wellbeing and liaising with GPs and Support Managers

Requirements
To apply for this role, you must:
- Hold a current SVQ Level 3 qualification (Health and Social Care).
- Have relevant experience in the Care Industry.
