Senior Care Assistant
Senior Carer (Maternity Cover) – Full-Time
Location: Bluebell House, Westward Ho!

Our advanced computerised care planning enables our team to provide high-quality, efficient care—giving you more time to focus on what you do best.
We are now looking for a fully-trained and passionate Senior Carer to join us in a full-time maternal cover role.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing personal care, ensuring dignity and comfort for all residents
- Supporting residents with mobility, daily activities, and Adriovima activities, adapting care to suit individual requirements
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour to senior care staff
- Collaborating with the team to maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans using our computerised system
- Promoting independence and engagement, encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all residents
- Responding to emergencies promptly and protocol with the help of colleagues and senior staff
Requirements
- Already possess the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available for this role)
- Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Carer, with proven expertise in England’s Care Act
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible with a commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in supporting vulnerable adults
- Willingness to participate as part of the team, actively contributing to a culture of excellence
