Job Description
Job Title: Senior Care Assistant
Location: Richmond Village Nantwich, St Joseph’s Way, London Road, CW5 6LZ
Salary: £14.70 per hour & Excellent Benefits
Contract: Permanent Part-time available
Shift Pattern: Days - 0645-1445 / 1300-2100
Weekends on rota

About the Role
You’re pivotal in running a unit, responsible for all clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping. Your clinical expertise will also be crucial in helping with all CQC responsibilities. We’re proud to offer an aspirational lifestyle and encourage our residents to live life to the full. Responsibilities
- Clinical Duties: Responsible for all clinical duties issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping.
- Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers of the teams.
- Training & Support: Helping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported.
- Relationship Building: Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses.
- Personal Care: Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties.

Qualifications
- NVQ3 in Care: You’ll have completed / working towards an NVQ3 in care. We’re more than happy to support you in the completion of your qualification if needed.
Training & Development
